This Delegation is a follow-up to the 2014 KAIROS Philippine Learning Tour that visited Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities in Bayog, Zamobanga del Sur that were affected by the operations of TVI-Resources Development, Inc.,  a subsidiary of TVI Pacific Inc., which is headquartered in Calgary.
